An “offer request” is a listing you create and publish on the marketplace for producers to respond to. You can manage your offer requests using the scrolling list on the left-hand side of your screen.
After submitting and publishing an offer request, producers can create offers based on your listing. You can manage these incoming offers from the “Producer Offers” panel.
